Aiden Carlin is Aontú’s candidate for Castle DEA in North Belfast.
A solicitor qualified North and South, Aiden has 25 years’ experience defending human rights, including 13 years as a Belfast law firm director. He has represented clients before the UK Supreme Court and the Oireachtas, and has extensive experience relentlessly pursuing justice.
A father and Queen’s University law tutor, Aiden brings legal experience, local knowledge and an all-island perspective to public service. With an academic background in Political Science and Irish Politics from QUB, Aiden was the first recipient of the Henry Hyde Award for Outstanding Achievements in Defence of the Unborn.
