Annual Draw Tickets Terms

AONTÚ’s National Annual Draw Terms and Conditions 2026.

Thank you for supporting Aontú. The following terms and conditions refer to online, postal, and hard copy ticket-entry to the draw.

  1. The price of each ticket entry into the Aontú Annual Draw is €10. and must be made in advance of the draw date. Any payment received after the draw date will be treated as a donation. Sterling will be accepted as payment for tickets at a rate of 1:1.
  2. No ticket shall be sold to, on behalf of, or for a person under the age of 18 years in the Republic of Ireland or 16 years in the north of Ireland. As Promoter, Aontú reserves the right to carry out age verification checks.
  3. Should it be established that a ticket has been sold unknowingly to, on behalf of, or for a person under the age of 18 in the Republic or 16 in the north of Ireland, his/her ticket(s) will be excluded from the draw and they will forfeit his/her prize and the stake/entry fee will be returned.
  4. The Aontú Annual Draw is open to all residents in both the Republic of Ireland and in Northern Ireland, except employees of Aontú who are directly involved with the raffle and directly involved in the running of the raffle.
  5. Each draw ticket in 2026 is entered into two draws. The first draw will be held on the 5th of November 2026 and the second on the 12th of November 2026.
  6. Monies raised by this Annual Draw will support the activities of Aontú.
  7. Participation in this Annual Draw can be made by returning ticket stubs in the post with appropriate payment (cheque payable to Aontú or debit/credit card details) to the address provided. Participation through this website, with payment by debit and credit card is also possible and online entrants will be notified by email of their ticket numbers.
  8.  Raffle tickets will be entered into the draw only when the whole payment is received.
  9. As Promoter, Aontú accepts no responsibility for raffle tickets / stubs which are lost, damaged, illegible or from which the prize winner cannot be identified, or for any technical failure or event which may cause the competition to be disrupted or corrupted.
  10. All ticket entries received after the draw will miss entry into the draw and therefore will be considered as a donation to Aontú
  11. The details of each ticket sold online will be recorded on a paper ticket stub and added to the collection of stubs. 
  12. A random selection of ticket stubs shall be used to select draw prize winners.
  13. The first draw Prizes are allocated as follows:

 

First prize: An Chéad Duais:           €1,500.

Second prize: An Dara Duais:          €500.

Third prize: An Triú Duais:              €300.

Fourth prize: An Cheathrú Duais:    Dinner and drinks for 2 people at Mr Fox, Parnell Sq West, Dublin 1.

Fifth prize: An Cúigiú Duais:           €200 Airline Voucher.

Sixth prize: An Séú Duais:                A full Christmas Ham from the ‘Whole Hoggs’.

Seventh prize: An Seachtú Duais:    €150 One4all voucher

 

  1. The second draw Prize are allocated as follows:

One draw for €5,000

15. All monied prizes will be paid in Euro. No cash equivalent alternatives will be made for non-cash prizes.

16. The result of the raffle draw is final. No correspondence will be entered into.

17. Please keep the ticket, allocated number, or email confirmation as proof of purchase.

18. Where, as Promoter, Aontú is unable to contact a prize winner, whereby a prize remains unclaimed for six months following Aontú’s first attempt to notify the prize winner, Aontú may apply the prize as it sees fit, including re-offering the prize in future raffles.

19. All winners are required to co-operate with Aontú’s right to publish their win as and, where deemed appropriate, and to provide proof of age if requested.

20. In the event of an error, how-so-ever caused, whether a printing error or otherwise and whether obvious or otherwise, which affects the competition in any way, as Promoter, Aontú reserves the right to administer the raffle as though the error had not occurred. Where, as Promoter, Aontú deems it appropriate and/or feasible, it will notify entrants of the error.

21. Failure to comply with any of these terms and conditions may result in the disqualification of the entry. As Promoter, Aontú reserves the right to disqualify any entry at their absolute discretion.

22. The Aontú Annual Draw is operated under appropriate permits and licenses and is subject to the laws of the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland.
