Liam Coughlan is a civil engineer by profession. He spent over 25 years working in a senior capacity for the four Dublin Local Authorities, including Dun Laoghaire-Rathdown County Council. Because of this he has considerable knowledge of the inner workings of the Council and is ideally placed to ensure that the needs of constituents and communities are met and delivered in a timely manner.
Liam has always given freely of his time for the betterment of others. He is a lifelong active member of his local GAA Club and is currently engaged by Croke Park as a volunteer Club Plan Facilitator. Liam is also a member of the Finsbury Park Residents Association and has a proven track record in organising and lobbying on behalf of residents.
